Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior experience leading others
  • Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
  • Experience ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience
  • Ability to use time and resources efficiently
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion
  • For bakery roles, have at least one year of baking experience
  • For meat roles, have knowledge of meat cuts and experience with meat processing tools

  • Prior experience leading others
  • Experience in department-specific roles such as baking or meat processing
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and experiences
  • Ability to ensure seamless customer shopping experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of meat processing tools for meat department roles

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
