Job Requirements
- Hold a Certified Bakery Expert certification or equivalent
- Complete School of Retail Management or equivalent training
- Food Safety certification required
- Forklift or power jack training required
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Able to work extended hours and varying schedules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in MS Office and H-E-B systems

Job Duties
- Manage overall bakery department operations
- supervise and coach bakery partners
- prepare production plans and ensure accurate product quantities
- execute merchandising programs to drive sales
- maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
- control inventory and manage department budgets
- monitor bakery scorecard results
