Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in leadership roles
- Experience in bakery or meat departments as applicable
- Willingness to obtain certifications as required
- Commitment to learning and skill development
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Integrity, pride, and passion in work
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience leading others
- One year or more of bakery experience for bakery department managers
- Knowledge of meat processing and tools for meat department managers
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills
- Good time and resource management
Job Duties
- Ensure smooth day-to-day department operations and sales performance
- Lead, motivate, and engage the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage and support team members' growth and development
- Oversee product quality and presentation in the department
- Handle certifications and compliance as required
- Utilize resources efficiently and effectively
