Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years retail grocery experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly without mechanical assistance
- Compliance with all safety, health, and weight regulations
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler’s permit
- Ability to operate bakery equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, and hand trucks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and reliable work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain
- Working knowledge of personnel and financial reports
- Experience with coaching and performance evaluations
Job Duties
- Manage daily output baking production and display of bakery products
- Supervise product quality consistency and track inventory
- Manage bakery budget and operational costs
- Evaluate department performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Order, receive, and store bakery merchandise efficiently
- Lead team coaching, development, and performance evaluations
- Create and adjust staff schedules to maximize productivity
- Communicate standards, policy changes, and product knowledge
- Serve as Key Carrier and act as Manager on Duty when needed
