Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Three years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary fields
- Ability to read, understand, and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- Make recommendations and accommodate requests
- Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards
- Handle, slice, and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions
- Direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods according to company standards
- Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through the internal training platform to provide excellent guest service
