Job Duties

- Hire, train, and schedule your bakery team
- Coach and inspire staff to produce high-quality baked goods with consistency and care
- Follow merchandising plans to showcase bakery items beautifully and boost sales
- Maintain top-tier presentation, uniformity, and freshness across all baked goods
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues with professionalism and warmth
- Keep food safety and sanitation standards at the heart of every recipe and routine
