Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and days
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain pricing integrity
- Ability to follow departmental standards and operational procedures

- Ability to handle specialty bakery products with attention to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, or culinary experience
- Ability to read, understand, and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- Make recommendations and accommodate requests
- Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
- Handle, slice, and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions throughout the day
- Direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods following company standards
- Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
