Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, or culinary
- Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- Make recommendations and accommodate requests
- Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
- Handle, slice and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions throughout the day
- Direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods that follow TFM standards
- Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
