Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, or culinary
  • Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
  • Make recommendations and accommodate requests
  • Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage
  • Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
  • Handle, slice and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions throughout the day
  • Direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods that follow TFM standards
  • Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
