Job Qualifications

- knowledge of meat processing and tools for meat department
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure the day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
- lead and engage the team to achieve sales and service goals
- recognize and support individual team members' contributions and growth
- deliver outstanding customer service daily
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- comply with company policies and procedures
