- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bakery or retail management
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- manage department inventory
- oversee pricing strategies
- plan merchandising and labor scheduling
- enforce bakery safety and sanitation standards
- train new department employees on equipment and safety
- supervise correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage and rotation of merchandise
- build and maintain attractive bakery displays
