Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment

- effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Three years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary experience
- ability to read, understand, and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and motivate team members effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- make recommendations and accommodate requests
- manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reducing shrink and damage
- properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
- handle, slice, and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items, and Convenient Meal Solutions throughout the day
- direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods according to company standards
- engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
