Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in bakery operations or related field
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 40 pounds
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and retail labeling laws
- Ability to operate bakery equipment and electronic ordering devices
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Good attendance record

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bakery products, quality standards and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Champion corporate and division customer service programs to meet or exceed goals
- Plan, organize and direct day-to-day bakery operations
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, safety and security standards
- Oversee and assist with proofing, baking, decorating, slicing and packaging fresh bakery products
- Implement effective promotional and seasonal displays
- Order, check, receive and control inventory maintaining product quality and freshness
- Supervise, train, motivate and schedule bakery department personnel
