Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years leadership experience in food service or related industry
- ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
- strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- good attendance and availability to work overtime
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- understanding of 85C concept
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
- ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
- prepare periodic report including sales control and employee scheduling
- organize and supervise employee shifts
- participate in management and personnel meetings
- check stock levels and order supplies and materials
- maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
- cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, and bar
