Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years leadership experience in food service or related industry
  • ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level
  • strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • good attendance and availability to work overtime
  • excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
  • understanding of 85C concept
  • availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
  • ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
  • prepare periodic report including sales control and employee scheduling
  • organize and supervise employee shifts
  • participate in management and personnel meetings
  • check stock levels and order supplies and materials
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate
  • cross train in each department including bread, cake, POS, and bar
