Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing and walking
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take essential responsibility for business performance of stores
  • Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
  • Prepare periodic reports including sales control and employee scheduling
  • Organize and supervise employee shifts
  • Participate in management and personnel meetings
  • Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Perform additional duties at the store as necessary
