Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years progressive leadership experience in fast food or related food operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good attendance record and willingness to work overtime
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing and walking
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Take essential responsibility for business performance of stores
- Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
- Prepare periodic reports including sales control and employee scheduling
- Organize and supervise employee shifts
- Participate in management and personnel meetings
- Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Perform additional duties at the store as necessary
