Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in fast food or related food operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Good attendance record and availability for overtime
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to company concept and culture
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations in a leadership role
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good attendance and available for overtime
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and understand the 85C concept
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores
- Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
- Prepare periodic report including sales control and employee scheduling
- Organize and supervise the employee shifts
- Participate in management and personnel meetings
- Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
- Cross train store associates in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- Perform additional duties as needed
