Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in a walk-in freezer or chill box and use case cutter and knife
- Must be at least 18 years of age to clean, maintain, or operate stove, oven, bread slicer and power driven equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and push or pull up to 300 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to follow safety and security work procedures
- Must have a neat and clean appearance and work habits

Job Duties
- Wash and store dirty equipment daily
- Clean and sanitize large equipment daily
- Sweep, scrape, wash and squeegee bakery prep room floor daily
- Greet, thank, offer assistance and meet customer needs
- Discard trash and bale boxes daily
- Clean and change frying oil in donut fryer
- Receive and stock frozen freight
