Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- minimum 2 years of bakery operations or related experience
- ability to stand and move frequently
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in temperature variations and exposure conditions
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail or food production
- strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines
- ability to analyze data and make process improvements
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Email
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must maintain all training and required certifications
