Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • minimum 2 years of bakery operations or related experience
  • ability to stand and move frequently
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in temperature variations and exposure conditions
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail or food production
  • strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines
  • ability to analyze data and make process improvements
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Email
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must maintain all training and required certifications

Job Duties

  • lead bakery department operations
  • manage inventory proactively
  • demonstrate full proficiency in bakery production
  • ensure accurate item labeling
  • analyze production and sales data for improvements
  • maintain sanitation and safety compliance
  • report operational concerns promptly
