Job Requirements
- valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- maintain certification in good standing
- willing to work in bakery environment with temperature variations
- capable of frequent standing and movement
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly with occasional heavier lifting assistance
- maintain regular, predictable attendance
- comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to perform scheduled work hours
- must be 18 years or older
- able to follow company policies and procedures
- demonstrate positive and solution-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
- strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines
- ability to analyze data and make process improvements
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Email
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must maintain all training and required certifications
Job Duties
- Lead bakery department operations
- manage inventory proactively
- demonstrate full proficiency in bakery functions
- ensure accurate item labeling
- analyze production and sales data
- maintain sanitation and safety compliance
- report operational concerns
- execute proper product rotation
- conduct quality and date checks
- execute seasonal promotion and merchandising initiatives
- support club-wide initiatives
- conduct routine case inspections
- assist with receiving and inspection
- support inventory audits
- monitor product quality
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
