Job Requirements
- Three or more years of bakery or food production experience
- previous leadership or training experience strongly desired
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Food Handlers Card required
- Knife Safety knowledge preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake approved recipes while maintaining consistency and quality
- plan production schedules based on forecasted sales and department needs
- maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- train and coach bakery staff on procedures, accuracy, and efficiency
- minimize waste through accurate pars, sampling, and shrink tracking
- order and rotate products according to vendor schedules and deadlines
- participate in inventories and inspections to ensure compliance and accuracy
- communicate daily updates, notes, and coaching opportunities via Microsoft Teams and email
- collaborate with Deli, Kitchen, and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations
- demonstrate leadership through engagement, communication, and proactive problem-solving
