Job Requirements
- six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications
- minimum of six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- bakery production including decorating
- supervising associates
- food handler certification (food safety) - certification
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- supervise the team within the bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to overall success of the club
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of bakery floor and backroom operations, product specifications, and seasonal products
- leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- drive operational excellence by ensuring clean, safe work area and adherence to food safety and company policies
- teach, train, and develop team members, identify training needs and encourage career growth
- develop and implement processes to meet business needs and foster collaboration
- promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards, and assist management with ethical and compliance issues
