Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in bakery production department or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to uphold company values and policies
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
  • Food Handler Certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to use technology for business operations
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and provide excellent member service
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory accuracy, production schedules, and merchandising according to company standards
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and promote career growth
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to meet overall club objectives and maintain a positive work environment
