Job Requirements
- Six months experience in bakery production or six months supervising a team
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successful completion of all required job training and assessments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- Supervisory experience with associates
- Food handler certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to use digital tools to support business operations
- Commitment to upholding company values and member service standards
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to achieve business goals and contribute to club success
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications and seasonality
- Ensures compliance with quality, inventory, safety, and sanitation standards
- Shares expertise and trains bakery associates on production and product knowledge
- Utilizes digital tools to plan sales, manage production and improve customer experience
- Maintains operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, inventory audits, and merchandise display
- Develops and implements processes in collaboration with other managers and associates
- Promotes compliance with company policies, ethics and integrity
- Leads and supports team through effective communication, mentoring and adapting to change
- Creates a workplace culture of respect, inclusion and belonging
