- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

- knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- supervisory skills
- food handler certification in food safety

Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan
- communicates department goals and executes company programs
- adheres to policies and advocates for members, associates, and the company
- collaborates with other team leaders to meet club expectations
- maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
- ensures compliance with quality, inventory, safety, and sanitation standards
- trains and equips team members with product knowledge and production skills
- leverages digital tools to plan sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions
- drives operational excellence and maintains a clean, safe work environment
- plans and staffs bakery volumes appropriately
- maintains inventory audit and compliance standards
- produces and displays merchandise according to layout plans
