Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- Ability to complete required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace rules
- Availability to work flexible schedules as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery product preparation and decorating preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for business operations
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery department team to achieve business goals and deliver excellent member service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and safety standards
- Use digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales, production, and associate engagement
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness, safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and career growth
- Collaborate with other team leaders to meet club-wide member expectations
- Promote a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork among associates
