Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and deliver excellent member service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery production, product specifications, and compliance standards
- Use digital tools to plan sales, manage inventory, and improve associate engagement
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining safety, sanitation, inventory accuracy, and merchandise presentation
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and support career growth
- Collaborate with other department leads to meet overall club objectives and member expectations
- Promote company policies, ethical standards, and a positive workplace culture
