Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if selected
- ability to comply with all company policies and procedures

- preferred food handler certification and experience in bakery decorating
Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to overall club success by communicating goals and executing company programs
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery floor and backroom operations including product specifications and regulatory standards
- Leverages digital tools and handheld technology to plan and drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Drives business results through operational excellence, ensuring cleanliness, safety, accurate inventory, and compliance with company policies
- Teaches and trains the team by identifying training needs and developing skills to deliver high-quality bakery products
- Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration with managers and coworkers
- Promotes and supports compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity while maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
