Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising associates
- Completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
- Adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to work collaboratively with team and other leaders
- Availability to work variable shifts as required
- Ability to maintain operational standards and safety compliance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge in bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Ability to use digital tools for business operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to train and develop associates
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to meet business goals and deliver excellent member service
- Maintains knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and regulatory standards
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- Ensures operational excellence including food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and compliance
- Trains and develops team members, fostering career growth and talent acquisition
- Collaborates with other team leaders to meet total club objectives
- Promotes company values including respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
