- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
- knowledge of bakery production and decorating preferred
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery department team to achieve business plan goals
- communicates department goals and executes company programs
- ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery production and product specifications
- ensures quality, safety, sanitation, and inventory standards are met
- shares knowledge and trains team members
- leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales
- uses handheld technology for business decisions
- maintains neat, clean, and safe work areas
- plans and staffs weekly bakery volumes
- drives consistency in quality and food safety
- produces and displays merchandise according to plan
- identifies and addresses training needs
