Job Requirements
- At least six months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required training and assessments
- commitment to follow company policies and safety standards

- Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- knowledge of bakery product specifications and production
- supervisory skills to lead and develop a team
- ability to use digital sales and inventory tools
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication and collaboration skills
- preferred food handler certification
- experience in bakery decorating is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within the bakery department to deliver on the business plan
- communicate goals and execute company programs
- maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations and product specifications
- ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales
- maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment
