- experience in bakery decorating preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery department team to meet business goals
- communicate department objectives and execute company programs
- maintain expertise in bakery operations and product knowledge
- ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards

- plan staffing and manage inventory accurately
