Job Requirements

  • at least six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • ability to complete all job-required training and assessments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • knowledge of bakery product specifications and production processes
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to utilize digital tools for business decisions
  • food handler certification preferred
  • experience in bakery decorating preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery department team to meet business goals
  • communicate department objectives and execute company programs
  • maintain expertise in bakery operations and product knowledge
  • ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
