Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- meet minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- availability to work at the specified location
- compliance with company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- bakery production skills including decorating
- experience supervising associates
- food handler certification preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to utilize digital tools for business decisions
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to meet business goals and deliver departmental success
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal products
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve member experiences
- Oversee inventory management, production planning, and merchandising according to company standards
- Train and develop associates to enhance skills and career growth
- Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork in the bakery department
