Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and compliance
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of bakery products, production processes, and safety standards
  • Ability to use digital tools for business planning and operational decisions
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Experience in bakery decorating (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery department team to deliver on business goals and overall club success
  • Maintain expertise in bakery operations, product knowledge, quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop team members on new products, recipes, and production techniques
  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, drive production, and enhance associate engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining cleanliness, safety, accurate inventory, and compliance with company policies
  • Lead recruitment, training, and career growth initiatives within the bakery team
  • Collaborate with managers and other leaders to implement processes that meet business needs and member expectations
