- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- Food handler certification preferred

- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency with digital business tools
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to deliver on business plans
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Ensures bakery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Shares knowledge and trains associates on products and procedures
- Uses digital tools for sales planning and business decisions
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized bakery work area
- Supports talent development and mentors team members
