Job Requirements

- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired
- Ability to comply with company policies and regulatory standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating is preferred
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop associates
- Proficiency in digital tools for business operations
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and communicate the goals of the department
- Execute company programs and adhere to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company
- Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
- Ensure compliance with quality, inventory, safety, sanitation, and production standards
- Share knowledge and train bakery team members on new products and procedures
- Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Drive business results through operational excellence, including maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Plan appropriate staffing for bakery volume and drive consistency in quality and food safety
- Train and develop team members to encourage career growth and source new talent
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to implement business processes and improve operations
- Promote and support compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work and adapt to change or challenges
