Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or team supervision
  • Knowledge of bakery production techniques including decorating preferred
  • Food Handler Certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to use technology for business operations
  • Proven track record of maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Supervises the bakery department team to achieve sales and business goals
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and compliance standards
  • Utilizes digital tools and hand-held technology for production planning and sales optimization
  • Ensures operational excellence through inventory management, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Trains, mentors, and develops associates to enhance skills and promote career growth
  • Collaborates with other team leaders to meet overall club member expectations
  • Implements company policies while fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement
