Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- Knowledge of bakery production techniques including decorating preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use technology for business operations
- Proven track record of maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery department team to achieve sales and business goals
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and compliance standards
- Utilizes digital tools and hand-held technology for production planning and sales optimization
- Ensures operational excellence through inventory management, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Trains, mentors, and develops associates to enhance skills and promote career growth
- Collaborates with other team leaders to meet overall club member expectations
- Implements company policies while fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement
