- Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- ability to maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

- minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- knowledge of bakery products and production processes
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to use digital tools for operational tasks
- food handler certification preferred
- experience in bakery production including decorating preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business plan goals
- communicate department objectives and execute company programs
- maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery products, specifications, and production standards
- ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- leverage digital tools for sales planning and associate engagement
- maintain accurate inventory and merchandise displays
- provide training and career development for team members
- promote a culture of integrity, respect, and excellence
- collaborate with other team leaders to meet club-wide objectives
