Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
  • knowledge of bakery production including decorating
  • food handler certification (food safety) preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to utilize digital tools and technology in operations
  • commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
  • ability to train and mentor associates
  • problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and contribute to club success
  • communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
  • ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • utilize technology for business decisions and associate engagement
  • maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • plan and staff bakery volumes appropriately
  • train and develop team members
  • manage inventory and merchandise display
  • promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and integrity among associates
