Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
- must be 18 years of age or older

- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
- knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to utilize digital tools and technology in operations
- commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
- ability to train and mentor associates
- problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and contribute to club success
- communicate department goals and execute company programs
- maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
- ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- utilize technology for business decisions and associate engagement
- maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- plan and staff bakery volumes appropriately
- train and develop team members
- manage inventory and merchandise display
- promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and integrity among associates
