Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Bakery production including decorating preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace standards

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of bakery product specifications and quality standards
  • Ability to train and mentor hourly associates
  • Experience with digital tools for business operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery department team to achieve business objectives
