Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising associates
- Successful completion of all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders and associates
- Commitment to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery operations and product quality standards
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food handler certification preferred
- Experience in bakery decorating preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to deliver business goals and support club success
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Maintain department standards for product quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance
- Train team members on products, recipes, and production specifications
- Utilize technology and digital tools for business decisions and associate engagement
- Manage staffing, inventory, production, and merchandising plans
- Promote a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and service excellence
