Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising associates
  • Successful completion of all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team leaders and associates
  • Commitment to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and product quality standards
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology in retail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Experience in bakery decorating preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to deliver business goals and support club success
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • Maintain department standards for product quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance
  • Train team members on products, recipes, and production specifications
