Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months experience in bakery production or team supervision

  • knowledge of bakery product specifications and safety standards
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • familiarity with digital tools for business operations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • food handler certification preferred
  • experience in bakery production including decorating preferred

  • Supervises the bakery team to meet business objectives
  • communicates department goals and executes company programs
  • maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations and product specifications
  • ensures quality, safety, and compliance in bakery production
  • trains and equips team members with necessary skills and knowledge
