- food handler certification preferred
- experience in bakery production including decorating preferred

- Supervises the bakery team to meet business objectives
- communicates department goals and executes company programs
- maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations and product specifications
- ensures quality, safety, and compliance in bakery production
- trains and equips team members with necessary skills and knowledge
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve operations
- manages inventory, staffing, and merchandise presentation
- fosters team development and sources new talent
- collaborates with management and other departments to enhance member experience
- upholds company policies, ethics, and standards
