- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team leaders
- Commitment to operational excellence and company policies
- Adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

- Knowledge of bakery operations and product standards
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with digital tools for business operations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred: food handler certification
- Preferred: experience in bakery production including decorating and supervising associates
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the club's success
- Executes company programs and adheres to policies supporting members and associates
- Maintains knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and compliance standards
- Trains and shares knowledge with team members on products, recipes, and procedures
- Utilizes digital tools and technology to drive sales and improve operations
- Ensures the bakery area is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
- Drives talent development by identifying training needs and sourcing new team members
