Job Requirements

  • valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
  • ability to analyze data and improve processes
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
  • tolerate temperature variations in bakery environment
  • comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • maintain all required training and certifications
  • at least 18 years old

  • 2 years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
  • strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines
  • ability to analyze data and make process improvements
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Email
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must maintain all required training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Lead bakery department operations
  • manage inventory proactively
  • demonstrate full proficiency in bakery functions including preparation, baking, and merchandising
  • ensure accurate item labeling and compliance with policies
  • analyze production and sales data for improvements
  • maintain sanitation and safety compliance
  • report operational concerns promptly
  • execute proper product rotation using FIFO procedures
  • conduct quality and date checks regularly
  • execute seasonal promotions and merchandising initiatives
  • support club-wide initiatives including inventory audits and shrink control
  • perform routine inspections of bakery cases and equipment
  • assist with receiving and inspection of shipments
  • support inventory audit and reconciliation efforts
  • monitor product quality and freshness
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
