- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments

- Ensure bakery meets quality, safety, inventory, and compliance standards
- Train team members on new products, recipes, and production specifications
- Utilize digital tools for business decisions and improve sales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Develop talent by identifying training needs and recruiting new associates
