- Ability to train and lead hourly associates
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology in retail
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Experience with bakery decorating preferred

- Supervises the bakery team to achieve department and club goals
- Executes company programs and enforces policies
