Job Requirements

  • minimum 18 years of age
  • six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • successful completion of job required trainings and assessments
  • ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • adherence to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • supervises the bakery team to meet business plans and contribute to club success
  • communicates department goals and executes company programs
  • ensures bakery quality, inventory, equipment usage, safety, and sanitation standards
  • trains and coaches associates on products and procedures
  • leverages digital tools to enhance sales and efficiency
  • maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • plans staffing and production to meet demand
  • drives consistency in food safety and company policies
  • manages inventory audits and compliance
  • produces and displays merchandise according to plan
