Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere
- Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout shift
- Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks
- Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens
- Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations
Job Qualifications
- No previous kitchen experience required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to accurately handle and package cookies
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
- Possessing or obtaining a current food handler's card is a plus

- Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager
- Serving as a point of contact during shifts to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Handling cashier duties accurately
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
