Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- ability to accurately handle and package cookies
- perform cashier duties
- contribute to kitchen operations
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
- physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, and lean throughout shift
- capable of repetitive wrist and arm motions
- able to maneuver in confined spaces around hot ovens
- ability to take visual and audible cues for efficient operations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to handle baking tasks and packaging with precision
- basic cashier skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- positive attitude towards customer service
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and mornings
- good communication and teamwork skills
- possession or willingness to obtain a food handlers card is a plus
Job Duties
- Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care
- providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor
- assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager
- serving as a point of contact during shifts to ensure smooth bakery operations
- handling cashier duties accurately
- contributing to kitchen operations and adhering to safety protocols
