Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or food service experience preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- customer service orientation
- knowledge of bakery and pastry operations
- ability to train and develop team members
- understanding of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead and support bakery team in the absence of bakery manager
- reinforce company culture and guest service standards
- provide excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries
- onboard and train new evening bakery clerks and cleaners
- monitor sales floor, prep area, cooler and freezer conditions
- assist guests with orders and product location
- maintain food safety logs and replenish supplies
