Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Physical capability to handle lifting and moving merchandise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Build rapport with customers
- Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
- Work in departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
