Job Requirements
- at least 17 years old to operate mixing equipment
- completion of basic food handlers certificate prior to start date
- must have smartphone or tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- no previous bakery experience necessary
- availability to work closing shifts until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 pm on Fridays and Saturdays
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic food handler certification or willingness to obtain before start date
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to operate smartphone or tablet for training and app use
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- prepare dough and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- provide excellent customer service and product information
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and sales area
- operate kitchen and mixing equipment safely
- participate in training and development programs
- follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
